It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.
1.3 — Governing Language
These Terms & Conditions are published in the English language. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail in all respects.
1.4 — Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a competent authority, that provision shall be deemed severed from these Terms without affecting the validity, lawfulness, or enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.
1.5 — Entire Agreement
These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific bonus or promotional terms communicated to you, constitute the entire agreement between you and jtae9 with respect to your use of the platform. They supersede all prior representations, agreements, or understandings of any kind.
1.6 — Waiver
No failure or delay by jtae9 in exercising any right under these Terms shall constitute a waiver of that right. Any waiver of a breach of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach of the same or any other provision.

Section 02
Eligibility & Age Requirement
Access to the jtae9 platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all eligibility criteria set out below. Failure to meet any criterion disqualifies you from holding a jtae9 account.
2.1 — Minimum Age
You must be at least 18 years of age to register or maintain an account on the jtae9 platform. This requirement is absolute and non-negotiable. jtae9 does not permit any exceptions to this rule regardless of the laws applicable in your jurisdiction of residence. If you are under 18, you are strictly prohibited from accessing, registering, depositing funds into, or placing any bet or wager on the jtae9 platform.
2.2 — Age Verification
jtae9 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age at any point during the lifecycle of an account. Acceptable documents include a government-issued national identity card, passport, or birth certificate. We may also use third-party age verification services to confirm eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory age verification documentation within the timeframe requested will result in account suspension pending verification or permanent closure.
2.3 — Jurisdictional Eligibility
It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gaming is lawful in the jurisdiction from which you are accessing the jtae9 platform. jtae9 does not provide legal advice regarding local gambling regulations and makes no representation that access to or use of its platform is permitted in any particular jurisdiction. 2.4 — Prohibited Persons
The following categories of individuals are explicitly prohibited from holding a jtae9 account:
- Any person under the age of 18 years;

- Any person acting on behalf of another individual (accounts must be used personally by the registered account holder);
- Any employee, contractor, agent, or affiliate of jtae9 or any of its affiliated game providers, unless explicit written permission has been granted;
- Any person who has been permanently banned from the jtae9 platform for any reason.
2.5 — Parental Controls
jtae9 strongly encourages parents and guardians to make use of parental control software to prevent minors from accessing online gambling platforms. It is the responsibility of the account holder to ensure that their login credentials are not accessible to any person under the age of 18 who may reside in or visit their household.

Account Registration & Management
The following provisions govern how jtae9 accounts are created, maintained, verified, and used. All players must comply with these requirements at all times.
3.1 — Registration Process
To register a jtae9 account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information as requested during the registration process. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and preferred payment method. 3.2 — One Account Policy
Each individual is permitted to hold only one active jtae9 account. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, jtae9 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any open bets or bonus balances, and withhold withdrawals pending investigation. Real-money deposits made into duplicate accounts may be returned to the original payment source at jtae9's sole discretion.
3.3 — Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jtae9 login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any authentication details with any third party. jtae9 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. 3.4 — Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification
jtae9 is committed to operating a secure and compliant platform. As part of our KYC process, we may require you to provide one or more of the following documents prior to processing a withdrawal or lifting account restrictions:
- A government-issued photo identification document (National ID card, passport);
- Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement dated within 90 days);
- Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of bKash or Nagad account showing your registered name);
- Source of funds documentation if deposits exceed ৳50,000 within a 30-day period.

3.5 — Account Currency

Section 04
Deposits & Withdrawals
The following terms govern all financial transactions on the jtae9 platform, including deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and major Bangladeshi banks, and the processing of withdrawal requests.
4.1 — Accepted Deposit Methods
jtae9 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All deposits must be made from a payment account or card registered in your own name. Deposits made from accounts belonging to third parties will be reversed and may trigger an account review.
4.2 — Deposit Processing Times
Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your jtae9 account within 60 seconds of a successful transaction confirmation from the mobile financial service provider. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 30 minutes depending on the originating bank's processing times. jtae9 is not liable for delays caused by payment service providers or banking infrastructure outside of our control.
4.3 — Minimum and Maximum Deposit Limits
Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per calendar day. These limits vary depending on the payment method selected and may be subject to change. Current limits are displayed on the Deposit page within your jtae9 account dashboard. jtae9 reserves the right to adjust deposit limits at any time and without prior notice.
4.4 — Withdrawal Requests
Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to a payment method that matches the account holder's registered name and that was used for at least one prior deposit. jtae9 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, bank accounts in names other than the registered account holder, or cryptocurrency wallets. Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 15–30 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 3 business days.
4.5 — Withdrawal Verification
jtae9 reserves the right to request KYC documentation (see Section 3.4) before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests may be placed on hold pending satisfactory completion of identity verification. jtae9 will not be liable for any delay in withdrawal processing caused by a player's failure to complete verification procedures in a timely manner.
4.6 — Dormant Account Funds
If your jtae9 account remains inactive (no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wager) for a continuous period of 12 months, it will be classified as a dormant account. jtae9 reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee to dormant account balances after the 12-month inactivity threshold is reached. Players will be notified by email prior to any dormancy fee being applied. Dormant accounts may be reactivated at any time by contacting jtae9 support.

Bonuses & Promotions
All bonuses, free bets, promotional credits, and loyalty rewards offered by jtae9 are subject to the following terms. Players must read and understand these conditions before accepting any promotional offer.
5.1 — Bonus Eligibility
Bonuses are available to eligible jtae9 account holders who have completed registration and, where applicable, identity verification. Specific promotional offers may carry additional eligibility criteria — for example, a minimum qualifying deposit amount, a requirement that the qualifying deposit be made via a specified payment method such as bKash or Nagad, or a requirement that the account is newly registered. 5.2 — Wagering Requirements
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus amounts credited to your jtae9 account are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier (e.g., 20x, 30x) will be stated in the specific promotion's terms. Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated for the bonus. Any bonus balance remaining after the expiry of its validity period will be removed from your account automatically.
5.3 — Game Contribution Rates
Different game categories on the jtae9 platform contribute at different rates towards the completion of wagering requirements. As a general guide: slots typically contribute 100%, live casino table games typically contribute between 10% and 20%, and sports betting wagers may contribute at a rate specified in the applicable promotion. jtae9 reserves the right to exclude certain games from wagering contribution entirely. Current contribution rates are published in the bonus terms for each active promotion.
5.4 — Bonus Abuse
jtae9 actively monitors accounts for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, placing opposing bets to neutralise risk while meeting wagering requirements (bonus whittling), using automated software to generate wagers, or any other strategy that jtae9 determines constitutes exploitation of the promotional system. Where bonus abuse is identified, jtae9 reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings derived from abused bonuses, and permanently close the associated account without obligation to refund deposits.
5.5 — Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus Winnings
Certain promotions may impose a maximum withdrawal cap on winnings generated from bonus funds. Where such a cap applies, it will be clearly stated in the individual promotion's terms. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement and a ৳5,000 maximum win cap means that regardless of how much you win using that bonus, the maximum amount you may withdraw from those winnings is ৳5,000.
5.6 — jtae9's Right to Withdraw Promotions
jtae9 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or terminate any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that players who have already opted into and satisfied the conditions of an active promotion will not be retroactively disadvantaged by any such change. jtae9 also reserves the right to refuse a bonus to any player who, in its sole judgement, has violated or is likely to violate these Terms.
Section 06
User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
By using the jtae9 platform, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with the standards set out below. Violations of these obligations may result in account suspension or permanent closure.
6.1 — Accuracy of Information
You warrant that all information provided to jtae9 during registration, KYC verification, and at any other point during the operation of your account is truthful, accurate, and not misleading. You agree to promptly notify jtae9 of any change to your registered information by contacting support at [email protected]. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms.
6.2 — Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jtae9 platform:
- Using the platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or fraud;
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or AI-assisted tools to interact with the platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics;
- Colluding with other players in any game, tournament, or sports betting market;
- Exploiting technical errors, software glitches, or miscalculated odds — any winnings generated from known errors are void and must be returned;
- Engaging in any form of match-fixing or insider knowledge exploitation in sports betting markets;
- Attempting to access the accounts, data, or systems of other jtae9 players without authorisation;
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing jtae9 staff, support agents, or other platform users;
- Circumventing self-exclusion restrictions by attempting to register a new account while a self-exclusion is in effect.
6.3 — Personal Use Only
Your jtae9 account is for your personal use only. You may not transfer, sell, assign, or allow any other individual to use your account. All bets and transactions must be placed by the registered account holder personally. jtae9 reserves the right to close any account that it reasonably suspects is being operated by or on behalf of a third party.
6.4 — Compliance with Applicable Laws
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the jtae9 platform complies with all laws and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction. jtae9 makes no representation that access to or use of its platform is lawful in any particular jurisdiction. If your use of the platform becomes unlawful due to a change in local legislation, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account.
6.5 — Intellectual Property
All content available on the jtae9 platform — including but not limited to software, graphics, game assets, logos, trademarks, text, and audio-visual materials — is the exclusive property of jtae9 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use this content solely for the purpose of personal, non-commercial gaming on the platform. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any jtae9 content without our prior written consent.
- Money laundering or fraud
- Bots or automated betting
- Player collusion
- Exploiting glitches or errors

- Account sharing or transfers
- Bypassing self-exclusion
Section 07
Account Closure & Suspension
jtae9 reserves the right to suspend or close player accounts under certain circumstances. Players may also request voluntary account closure at any time.
7.1 — Voluntary Account Closure
You may request the closure of your jtae9 account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Before your account is closed, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be processed as a withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to standard KYC verification requirements. Account closure requests are typically processed within 5 business days.
7.2 — jtae9's Right to Suspend or Close Accounts
jtae9 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account — with or without prior notice — in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
- Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification;
- Failure to complete identity verification within the requested timeframe;
- Suspected involvement in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other criminal conduct;
- Detection of duplicate accounts or account sharing;
- Confirmed underage gambling;

- Account activity that jtae9 determines poses an unacceptable legal, financial, or reputational risk.
7.3 — Effect of Closure on Balances
Where an account is closed by jtae9 due to a breach of these Terms, any bonus balances and winnings derived from bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited in full. Real-money balances (deposits minus any withdrawn amounts) may be returned at jtae9's sole discretion following the resolution of any investigation. Where fraud, money laundering, or serious misconduct is confirmed, jtae9 reserves the right to withhold all funds pending referral to relevant authorities.
7.4 — Appeals Process
If you believe your account has been suspended or closed in error, you may submit a written appeal to [email protected] within 30 days of receiving notification of the account action. Appeals will be reviewed by jtae9's compliance team and a written response will be provided within 15 business days. jtae9's decision on any appeal is final and binding.
